Be my Guest

As the Summer approaches so do our guests.  In fact, my Aunt (Olly) is arriving this Friday so I have been busy sprucing and fluffing.  I have two guest rooms in my home and I really enjoy switching them up.  Below are some pics of my red room which is totally inspired by one of my favorite bloggs, Daisy Cottage.

I love the way the crisp white bedding looks against the red walls.


The antique dresser was a bargain at a yard sale for 40.00..  Score!!  I debated on whether or not to paint it but decided to leave it the natural wood for now.

I painted the inside of this cabinet in a pale yellow to make it pop.

The chandalier is one of the great finds from The Funky Junk Sisters.
